It has been highly rewarding and satisfying journey being a Montessori Coordinator in BIPS – Bhupindra International Public School, Patiala which is the model school of ABC Montessori, Chandigarh. The comprehensive Montessori training has transformed me personally and professionally. I feel complete as an educator. The training gives deep insight into the developmental stages, sensitive periods and psychology of each learner. The kind of patience and love I have developed for my students owing to the Montessori training gives me huge satisfaction every minute. The rich, detailed & futuristic Montessori curriculum has helped me grow as professional. I feel truly blessed when I notice marked elevation in my own graph and my students’ graph because of Montessori training. I along with many teachers of BIPS- Bhupindra International Public School have been trained by passionate academician Mrs. Indu Sharma, the Director Academic, ABC Montessori, Chandigarh. We have also been trained by the team of veteran Montessorians from USA.

I along with my colleagues in BIPS- Bhupindra International Public School make a huge difference in every child’s life by applying and implementing all the principles of Montessori system of education . Every student of ABC Montessori wing of BIPS- Bhupindra International Public School, Patiala is far ahead of his peers studying in other conventional schools.

My appointment as a Montessori Coordinator by Mrs. Indu Sharma, the Academic Director, ABC Montessori, Chandigarh, has been the best reward of my life.
